The light and airy open plan kitchen/dining/living area includes a large broadband free wiFi, a large TV, Blu-ray player, and a stereo with iPhone dock. Best of all, snuggle up on the massive 8 seater lounge suite and a log fire in winter. Also, dozens of DVD's and board games to keep you entertained.

Secure undercover entertaining

The yard is secure with lockable gate and high fencing. Perfectly private landscaping, along with a large covered entertaining space. Large oak table with seating for 8. Large BBQ for outdoor cooking too. There is also an outdoor heated shower for rinsing sand off when returning from the beach.

Second living zone: ideally suited for kids

A separate, cosy, fun-filled living area has another TV with built-in DVD, heaps of books, games and DVD’s, drawing easel. Super comfy bean bags designed specifically for children and teenagers. (For your little ones, a porta-cot, high chair, and potty is also provided). All to ensure you have a few minutes of peace!

A peaceful nights sleep

The house has 3 bedrooms with the highest quality beds, ensuring a peaceful nights sleep. Choose from 4 types of pillows for ultimate comfort. The main and 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunks. The holiday house sleeps a total of 8 people in comfort & style.

Barwon Heads is a gorgeous location, you may recognise the bridge and beached from the TV series SeaChange. Notably, the Bellarine is a mecca for farm-to-table goodness. Location

Park your car when you arrive, and stroll everywhere! A few minutes walk to the beach and shops. Centrally located in Barwon Heads, use it as a base to tour the Bellarine. Just 15-20 minutes drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, St. Leonards, Portarlington olive groves and countless wineries, or just a one-hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Barwon Heads is packed with high-quality dining, and amazing homewares and fashion boutiques. The tidal river estuary is perfect for young children to paddle and build sandcastles. Explore by bike or walk the river footpaths that go for miles. (Check our blogs for great maps) - Cadel Evans lives in the area, along with many locals who love bike riding. Plenty of great fishing spots just two blocks from the property.
